Redevelopment project program for a time sensitive project
Fonix Management was engaged to prepare a redevelopment program for Vino e Cucina restaurant in Paddington, NSW.
The main challenge which the project introduced was conducting the refurbishment works while maintaining operation continuity.
We will continue working with our client throughout the project execution to ensure timely delivery of the works.
